Gloria Delson Contemporary Arts is bringing the exciting world of contemporary art to the art of home staging. Having been a dealer in Los Angeles for more than 30 years, Gloria Delson possesses a broad knowledge of contemporary art and an immense network of relationships with a wide spectrum of artists. The art she represents, both in L.A. and around the country, varies from hip and cutting edge to timeless and classic. It is from this "Database" that Delson and her Associates stage homes.

Why place art in Homes? Art makes a statement---it communicates a way of life, adding beauty, personality, and joie de vivre. Just as the right furniture completes a part of the picture, the right art creates a mood, a feeling-and feelings are what sell properties.

During the initial steps of staging, we take into account the style and design of each structure; we then find the best pieces to show off the property to its fullest advantage. We work closely with the builder, agent, and /or staging company to identify their vision for the property and to create an ambience that fulfills that vision.

We strive to strike the right balance between art that imbues a space with warmth and beauty to art that is fun, intriguing, and compelling. We pride ourselves on placing art that enriches and complements the existing space. Everything we do is with the intention of creating an environment that people won't want to leave ... but a place they'll want to linger ... and eventually call "home."
